  1. How do I book an appointment?
    Simply call 844-200-2426 to book an appointment with one of our providers.
  2. How do I cancel an appointment?
    To cancel an appointment, please call 844-200-2426 to reach one of our staff members.
  3. Do the clinics take walk-in patients?
    Yes, we do take walk-in patients. Operation Samahan encourages patients to schedule an appointment by calling 844-200-2426 to better accommodate your needs.
  4. Can I book an appointment if I don’t have insurance?
    Yes, you can book an appointment even if you don’t have insurance. If you don’t have insurance, you can either pay for your services out of pocket, or apply for the sliding fee program and pay a discounted fee if you qualify.
  5. Are you a free clinic?
    Operation Samahan is not a free clinic. Operation Samahan is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). However, we do take all patients whether you have insurance or not. If you do not have insurance, you can apply for the sliding fee program and pay a discounted fee if you qualify.
  6. How can I apply for the sliding fee program?
    To apply for the sliding fee program, please provide proof of income or a tax return statement. If you are unemployed, please provide a self-declaration statement that must be notarized and brought to the clinic within 14 days.
  7. What types of payment does Operation Samahan accept?
    We accept cash, credit card, and checks. In most cases, billing statements will be sent out monthly. Payment arrangements are also possible. Please call 800-244-2426, choose admin, then billing to speak to one of our representatives.

  9. How can I get my lab or imaging results?
    If you receive an abnormal result, our staff members will contact you to make an appointment to review the results. If you receive a normal result, our staff members will also be contacting you to let you know. You can also access your lab results through the patient portal. For any questions on how to set up your patient portal, please call 844-200-2426 for more information.
  10. How can I get a referral to a specialist?
    Your provider will determine if a referral is necessary, and will ask a care coordinator to reach out to you to coordinate a referral. Please allow 24-72 hours for our care coordinators to contact you for urgent cases, and allow fourteen days for our care coordinators to contact you for routine referrals.
  11. Do you provide translation services for appointments? What type of translation services are available?
    Yes we provide translation services for all patients who request one. Please notify our staff if you need translation services at least three days prior to your appointment. 
  12. Do you provide transportation for appointments?
    If any forms of transportation aid is necessary, simply let our staff members know when you make an appointment, and our caseworkers will try our best to accommodate any transportation needs.
  13. Can I book an appointment after clinic hours?
    No. Please call during these times when our call center is available:
    7:30 am – 5:30 pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri)
    7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Wed)
  14. Does Operation Samahan have after-hour services?
    For after-hours medical advice, please call 844-200-2426.

  17. Is there a pharmacy connected to Operation Samahan locations?
    The are no pharmacies onsite at Operation Samahan locations. However, Operation Samahan partners with many local pharmacies to provide discounted drug prescriptions for uninsured patients. Please ask an Operation Samahan staff member for more details.
  18. How can I have my prescription refilled?
    Please call 844-200-2426 to have your prescription refilled. Please allow two business days for your refill request to be completed.
  19. Can I choose my provider?
    Yes, depending on the service and availability of our providers, we try our best to provide as many options as possible for our patients to choose from.
