Operation Samahan’s mission is to “build healthier, happier communities together. “ With our patients, staff, and community partners, we promote better health and living conditions for all members of the community. Our emphasis lies particularly in serving the indigent, low-income, uninsured and underserved individuals and families, by providing high quality, affordable and culturally accessible primary health care, dental care, behavioral health counseling, holistic health promotion and education, and multi-faceted social services. What sets us apart is our belief in an integrative, holistic approach to keeping people well and healthy. This means we not only provide modern diagnostics and treatment, we also offer acupuncture, massage, yoga, and consultations with neuropathic doctors.
We believe in a holistic approach to caring for the mind, body, and spirit through primary care (prenatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric), dental, behavioral, prevention, nutrition, integrative medicine, social services, and advocacy.
It is important to us as an organization to provide quality services to our community. We have been providing services to low-income families and individuals in the County of San Diego since 1973. Our goal is to make a difference in people’s lives. We understand that the need for health care is not always met, and we are here to change that. Many of our patients qualify for free or low-cost services based upon their income and family size. For more information about our services, schedule and costs, please contact the clinics directly.
